Our staff team consists of experienced male and female professionals who have a wide experience and in depth knowledge of working with vulnerable young people with challenging behaviour.
We possess the necessary skills and expertise to support and empower young people and to enable them to strive to meet their full potential.

Providing emotional and practical support as required as part of a trusting relationship.

Enabling and empowering the child/young person and their family to make the correct decision and choices.

Risk assessment/management.

Being a regular single point of call and being a consistent contact for the child persons, young and their families.

Liaising with various multi-agency and professional organisations (C.A.F)

Coordinating and organising services and practitioners around the child, young person and their families.

Home visits.

Ensure safe transportation to and from service provision venues.

Alleviation of pressures and anxieties from relatives and carers.
Our induction program allows us to determine how we can tailor a service to meet the needs of each individual with input from the individual firstly followed by contributions from relatives and carers who are best placed to provide further appropriate information.
