Day to day help and support

SERVICES

Children and young people have come together to formulate a service to address the needs of the individual by providing a tailored assessment and support planning service which will guarantee a 95% success rate of the individual leaving the gang and progress towards becoming students and employees.

Once they take that first step by deciding and agreeing that they are ready to leave the gang and gang culture or have decided that they would like to our support, a referral is received at A New Leaf. Staff at New Leaf will meet the individual for a one to one consultation, then meet with relatives and carers where appropriate to gain an understanding from the individual.

Draw upon the wealth of experience they have gained from working with children and young adults who have experienced the problems and challenges associated with gangs, gang culture and many different struggles young people face.
